Doctor Olga Pavlova is orthodontist with 40 years of experience in the
field. Mrs. Pavlova is accredited by the Ministry of Health of the Czech
Republic and is a member of the Czech Dental Chamber.
Dr. Pavlova is an inventor of orthodontic appliances in Russia and the Czech Republic. She uses unique technique for short-term orthodontic treatment of various malocclusions in children and adults, including severe cases: progeny, prognathy, oblique, open bite (without / instead of surgery).
She is successfully treating anomalies of any complexity in a short time. The average duration of treatment is 2-3 months. In most cases, the retention (fixing) period is combined with the treatment period.
Depending on the anomaly it is possible to start treatment of children from the age of 4 years and adults, including those with severe malocclusion.
Treatment is carried out with the use of gentle orthodontic structures,
without etching and spoilage of tooth enamel (for example, as in the case of
pasting all teeth with braces).

Below are given the results of treatment as illustrative examples:
1. Child (boy, age 7 years). Diagnosis: progeny, group III.
The photograph shows an orthodontic apparatus/appliance made specifically for the patient based on his dental imprints. The duration of treatment was 2.5 months (one can tell that by newly growing teeth position - during the period of the change of teeth, new teeth remained in its place and didn’t grow significantly, which proofs the shortest time of treatment).

2. Young lady (24 years old). Diagnosis: progeny and oblique bite.
In other clinics, the patient was offered exclusively surgical treatment under general anesthesia.
The treatment of Dr. Pavlova was divided into 2 stages. 1st stage - orthodontic treatment of progeny. The treatment period was 2 months. 2nd stage - orthodontic treatment of oblique occlusion. The treatment period also lasted 2 months. Thus total treatment period 4 months.

Cost of treatment
As a first step patient’s dental imprints are made, after that doctor provides extensive consultation with detailed explanation of the treatment plan. The cost of the consultation is 1,200 CZK (45 euros).
The cost of treatment is from 32,500 CZK (1,300 euros), including the manufacture of a unique orthodontic apparatus. In some cases, the price is individual.
The cost of treating severe malformation of the bite (progenia, prognathia, oblique, open bite) varies in the range from 4 to 5 thousand euros with a treatment period of 3-4 months.
Doctor is also able to help patients permanently residing outside the Czech Republic (Russia, Germany, Great Britain, etc.). For such patients, a preliminary consultation via Skype is possible. The cost of such a consultation is 350 CZK (13 euros) based on prepayment into banking account either in Russia or the Czech Republic. In case patient is willing to start treatment further personal visit is of course needed. Further on depending on the treatment needs individual plan of visits will be scheduled.
